Session 1 – Swim Test and Pool Skills

Session 2 – TBD
This is a 2-session hands-on course (16 hours). Session 1 involves the swim test and pool skills. It is available to 20 students who have completed the Water Rescue Awareness course. Students must pass the swim test to progress to Session 2, which involves the open water skills. This session will be conducted at a location TBD. Students will be tasked with performing the skills practiced in the pool in an open water environment. Student must bring PFD’s and water style helmets to the course.
